The ORIGINAL DIRTY MIDS are definitely game changers, and are designed to be a little more tailored, a little more fitted and of course have the perfect length (between the end of the calf and the ankle).
As such, and as our sizing chart shows, the size you order is primarily based on your height, but not every body is the same, if you’ve been putting time in the weight room or maybe a little thicker on the bottom you may need to size up, but height is the best starting point.
Our goal is for you to find your perfect fit for YOU, and that when you hit the field you look like the ATHLETE YOU ARE, not wearing a pear of pajamas or a long pair of shorts.
So we have instituted a super easy and hassle free 30 day return and exchange policy for our ORIGINAL DIRTY MIDS Baseball Pant. If you get your order and it doesn’t fit, you have two options you can either do an exchange or return as long as it’s done within 30 days from when you receive them.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
For exchanges, send us an email at sales@dirtymids.com with your order number and let us know what size you need to exchange for. Then just send back your original pair WITH TAGS STILL ON, CLEAN AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION to the address below (be sure to put a note in the package that it is an exchange and your order details, including order number, name and address). As soon as we receive them we’ll ship out your exchange right away. We’ll pay the shipping for the new ones, you’re responsible for shipping the ones you’re exchanging back to us. Easy peasy. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of when you receive them.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE:
If for some weird reason that we can’t imagine, you decide that our ORIGINAL DIRTY MIDS Baseball Pants aren’t for you, no problem. The only thing we can think of is you wanted to do your exchange faster and bought a new pair so you didn’t have to wait until we received your original pair - that’s not a bad option too.

Just send us an email at sales@dirtymids.com that you’re returning your order along with your order details including order number and name. Then just send your pants back to us at the address below (ORIGINAL PAIR MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED, CLEAN AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION) - be sure to include a note in the package with all of your order information, order number, your name and date of purchase.
As soon as we receive your package we will process a refund for the product to the same method of payment you used when placing your original order. Please note, shipping charges aren’t eligible for a refund, and you are responsible for shipping the pants back.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.

SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10:00 AM (PST) MAY BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING SPECIFIC COLLECTION LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.
WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
FOR ALL PURCHASES, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND WILL BE BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE. ORDERS TAKE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER.
FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES
IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (DIRTY MIDS LLC) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL SHIPPING CENTER FOR PICK UP. IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (DIRTY MIDS LLC) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALSO CONTACT US AT SALES@DIRTYMIDS.COM.
